We know time is not always on everyone's side.  Therefore, we work hard to be as accomodating to your schedule as we can.  If, however, something should arise, please respect our time by letting us know.  We will try to work it out but, if not, our policy is as follows: Service Contract Clients always have priority if a scheduling conflict should occur. Cancellations should be made within 48 hours of scheduled appointment and a 20% cancellation fee may apply. Cancellation fee can be applied to next detail if scheduled at time of cancellation.
